Sreeram Vanga
An alumnus of Purdue University, Sreeram Vanga brings a determined entrepreneurial spirit to the table. A serial businessman, he has been launching and successfully developing startups for two decades.
His journey began as part of the founding team of PartyGaming, which he blitzscaled to a $8.46B IPO. Several years later, he founded OpenPlay Technologies in India and CozyGames in the UK, which he then sold to Entain Plc and Nazara Plc respectively in multi-million-dollar deals.
He is now focused on building Evolv28, and aiming to bring it to the forefront of the international mental wellness industry.

Dr. Lalitha Reddy
With over 27 years of experience, Dr. Lalitha Reddy is a trailblazing medical specialist with numerous academic and scientific awards to her name. An alumnus of JIPMER – one of India’s most prestigious medical institutes – Dr. Reddy completed her AMPH at the Indian School of Business, and a mentorship program at the Indian Institute of Management. The former vice president the Yashoda Group of Hospitals, she was also the vice president of the Telemedicine Society of India within its Telangana Chapter.
Many of her scientific research articles have been published in respected national and international journals, and she has delivered hundreds of lectures both in India and globally. Dr. Reddy is also the author of two books, Diffusion MRI in Breast & Spine and CT Enteroclysis – A Review.
Her multi-faceted experience, coupled with her deep understanding of patient challenges and psychology have led her to spearhead Evolv28’s development, and is focused on bringing valid and in-depth scientific research to its evolution.
My wellness tip:
Early to rise (usually at 5 a.m.), I dedicate 1 hour of peaceful ‘me-time’ to every day. I am early to bed, dedicating at least 7 hours to sleep each night.
Venkata Shyam Sunder Pasumarthi
Shyam Sunder hails from an engineering background. A veteran within the data and software product sphere, he holds almost three decades of expertise and is the vice president of operations at Aether Mindtech in Hyderabad. Known for his punctual and flawless delivery of project objectives, his product development career spans across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and in India. Here, he has adopted his visionary leadership skills within program management, product life cycle management, account management, and the development of systems and processes.
For over thirty years, he has placed the ancient techniques of yoga and meditation at the center of his every day, and his understanding of these age-old practices have led him to develop and form part of various social engineering wellness projects that use innovative methods. He has initiated a project to support autistic children through such ancient healing systems, reflecting his 360° experience that lies at the intersection between cutting-edge technology and ancient alternative wellness.
At Evolv28, Shyam has conceived and designed the device, pairing his expertise in vibrational healing with the latest in scientific and medical research.
